One of those requirements is that the apps have to provide Facebook login features. This requirement applies to both IOS and Android apps. While free Web apps should have Facebooks Connect login platform support. Facebook also proposes a number of qualities in the apps, such as a high user rating and a good user interface.
Facebook will also offer paid HTML5 apps via App Center. Developers must know that the social network will keep about 30% of all income generated from these paid apps. The introduction of the Facebook App Center should lead to a growth in the number of mobile apps that use Facebook, whatever platform it is running on. With Facebook now almost having 1 billion active users, the introduction of the App Center will definitely appeal to them.
